Cookie Policy
Last updated:
Short version: one cookie is required to sign you in. Everything else is measurement, and it only runs if you say yes.
Who sets them
The site is run by Ruslan Nazarov, based in Odesa, Ukraine. Questions about anything on this page go to [email protected].
Strictly necessary
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
sl_session |
Keeps you signed in to your dashboard. Without it, every page would ask for your password again. | 30 days | SAASLEDGE |
sl_session is HttpOnly, so scripts cannot read it, Secure, so it only travels over HTTPS, and SameSite=Lax, so it is not sent from other sites. It holds a random token, not your email or password. Strictly necessary cookies do not need consent, and this one cannot be turned off without breaking sign-in.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, may also set a security cookie such as __cf_bm to tell people from bots. It carries no advertising identifier and expires within half an hour.
Measurement, only with your consent
If you accept the banner, two tools start. Decline and neither of them loads at all: the scripts are not on the page until consent exists.
| Tool | What it does | Cookies | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits, pages and traffic sources. IP addresses are truncated before storage. | _ga, _ga_G-PKSNDNSTJG |
up to 2 years |
| Microsoft Clarity | Records how pages are used, so we can see where a layout confuses people. Typed text and form fields are masked. | _clck, _clsk, CLID |
up to 1 year |
| Microsoft (behind Clarity) | Clarity is a Microsoft product and its script also sets Microsoft’s own identifiers. We do not run ads with them. | MUID, MR, SM, SRM_B, ANONCHK |
up to 1 year |
That last row is the honest part most cookie pages leave out: turning on Clarity turns on Microsoft’s identifiers with it. Decline and none of them appear.
Both are third parties with their own policies: Google in the United States and Ireland, Microsoft in the United States and Ireland. Accepting means your visit data is processed by them as well, including transfers outside your country under the standard contractual clauses those companies publish.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run remarketing, and we do not sell any of this.
Your choice
The banner on your first visit stores one value in your browser’s local storage, sl_consent, either granted or denied, with the date. That value stays on your device.
Declining is not a second-class visit: every page, every listing and the whole dashboard work the same either way.
Turning it off in the browser
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking sl_session does not break browsing the catalogue, but signing in will stop working, since the sign-in state has nowhere to live.
Signing out deletes the cookie immediately, on our side as well: the session is removed from our database as well as from your browser.
