Write in English or Russian. Put the product name in the subject line if it is about a listing, and the page address if it is about something we published.
What to write about
- A listing: adding one, editing it, the Verified check, taking it down.
- A page about your company: taking it over, correcting it, removing a logo or the whole page. See Claim your page.
- A correction: something factually wrong on a page.
- Your data: what we hold, export, deletion.
- Legal: terms, copyright, takedown notices.
Before you write about a listing
Most of it is faster from your own dashboard: editing a product, changing pricing, replacing screenshots, replying to a review or deleting a listing. Sign in and it is all there.
Corrections
If a page here says something wrong about your product, tell us and we fix it. You do not need an account, and you do not need to buy anything. A catalogue that argues about corrections is a catalogue nobody trusts.
What we cannot help with
We are not the vendor. If a product charged you, broke, or will not cancel your subscription, we have no access to their systems and no way to make them act. Their website is the place for that, and the link on their catalogue page goes there.
