Claim Your Page

Last updated: 2026-08-21

Anyone can add any company to this catalogue. That is how it is built, and it means a page about your company can exist without you creating it, approving it, or knowing about it.

If that page is yours, this is what to do about it. You do not need an account, you do not need to pay anything, and nothing on this page costs money.

The short version

Write to [email protected] from an email address at your company’s domain. Put the page address in the message and say what you want. We answer within two working days.

What you can ask for

What you want What happens
Take control of the page We move it to your account and remove the previous editor’s access. You then edit it yourself, with every feature, free.
Correct something Tell us what is wrong. We fix it, and you do not need an account for this.
Remove a logo, screenshot or photo It comes off. We do not ask why.
Remove the whole page We take it down.
Stop it coming back We can block the company from being submitted again, so nobody re-adds it later.

If you have no access to the page

This is the normal situation, and it is the reason this page exists. Somebody who does not work for you created the page, so it sits in their account, not yours. Do not create a second page for the same company. Duplicates get merged or deleted and it slows everything down.

Write to us instead. We check that you speak for the company, take the page off whoever holds it, and hand it to you or delete it, whichever you asked for.

How we check that it is really you

We need something that ties you to the company. Any one of these is enough:

  • An email from an address at the company’s own domain, such as [email protected].
  • A short line added to the company’s DNS records, which we will supply.
  • A message sent from the contact form or support address published on the company’s own website.
  • A message from the account that owns the company’s verified profile on a major platform, if the address above is not available to you.

If none of these are possible, write to us anyway and explain the situation. We are not trying to make this hard. We are trying to avoid handing your company’s page to a stranger who asks nicely.

What we will not do

  • We will not hand a page to someone who cannot show any connection to the company.
  • We will not remove a page because a competitor asked us to.
  • We will not sell you the page, sell you a better position, or make removal conditional on anything. Nothing here is for sale, and the whole site is free.

Facts, opinions and reviews

Taking control of a page lets you correct facts: pricing, features, links, categories, description. It does not let you delete a review because you disagree with it. If a review is false, abusive or written by someone who was never a customer, tell us and we look at it under the Content Policy.

If material about your company is unlawful rather than merely unwelcome, the route is the Copyright and Illegal Content page, and it applies whether or not you can verify a company address.

Who added my page, and can I see the history

Ask us. We will tell you when a page was created, when it was last edited, and what changed, so you know what you are inheriting. We do not hand over the personal details of the person who submitted it unless we are legally required to.

Data about people, not companies

If a page names an individual, such as a founder, and that person wants their name off it, that is a data protection request rather than a page claim. It goes to [email protected] and is handled under the Privacy Policy and Your data rights. We act on it within thirty days and usually within two working days.

Questions go to [email protected] and a person reads every message.
