Your data rights

This page is the practical version of the Privacy Policy: what you can demand, and how to get it done.
Rights you have
Access. Ask what we hold about you and get a copy.
Correction. Anything wrong gets fixed. Most of it you can fix yourself in account settings.
Deletion. Ask us to erase your data. Account settings do this instantly and completely: your account, your listings and their pages go together.
Portability. Get your data in a machine-readable file you can take elsewhere.
Objection and restriction. Tell us to stop processing your data for a given purpose, or to freeze it while a dispute is sorted out.
Withdrawing consent. Two things here run on consent alone: promotional email and measurement cookies. Withdraw either at any time, with the unsubscribe link in any email, from account settings, or with the button on the Cookie Policy page. No reason is needed, and withdrawing does not affect what was already sent or already counted.
Complaint. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, but it is your right either way.

Doing it through us
Email [email protected] and say what you want. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address on the account, because handing your data to whoever asks would be the actual privacy failure.
We answer within 30 days. If a request is genuinely complex we may take longer, and we will tell you before the 30 days are up.

Where your data sits
On Cloudflare infrastructure, which is distributed worldwide. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the standard contractual clauses in Cloudflare’s data processing agreement. Analytics data, if you accepted it, sits with Google and Microsoft. Transactional email is delivered by Resend when configured.
What we never do
Sell your data. Share it with advertisers or brokers. Buy email lists. Add you to promotional email because you created an account, without asking separately.
