AI tools for business, without the pitch

Every category in software now has an AI label on it. Some of it is a genuine change in what the tool can do. Much of it is a feature flag and a higher plan. This section separates the two.

What we look at: what the model actually does inside the product, whether it runs on your own key or theirs, how usage is metered and what happens when you exceed it, where your data goes, and what the output costs once the free credits run out. Usage-based pricing turned a fixed subscription into a variable bill, and most pricing pages are quiet about the ceiling.

Tools that ship AI features are marked in the catalogue so you can compare the plan behind the badge.
