Dagmor

Dagmor helps teams work through recorded customer calls from the first call to the final report. They can run calling work in Dagmor or send in recordings they already have. The Call Log keeps each recording, its name and its transcript together, so a manager can read the call and listen when needed. Managers can use their own script or let Dagmor draft one from real calls, then control the exact questions and checks. A human reviewer can listen, read, correct and sign off decisions. Reports cover sales and completions, script coverage and order, conduct, trends and agent Hero Scores, with call evidence behind the figures. For market research, Dagmor groups survey answers and shows the customer’s spoken words around each tick, including comments between questions. Teams that only want reports can send their calls without using Dagmor to run the calling work.
